Our ministries are actually being redefined and organized in three big groups. The active ministries are:
The Brazilian Baptist Church is an entity that belongs to Jesus Christ, which aims to promote the Kingdom of God. Thus, it exists to provide worship to God, to teach His word; build and integrate its members; proclaim, by all means, the Gospel of Jesus Christ; meet, to the extent of its possibilities, material, intellectual, moral and spiritual needs and shortages of the human person and cultivate the brotherhood and cooperation with other agencies of the Kingdom of God.
The Church seeks to serve, through its members, the community in which it is embedded in and the human society in general.
It uses, for the promotion of its purposes and for the realization of its programs, resources obtained by voluntary giving by its members, who contribute tithes and offerings following the teachings and standards of the Holy Bible.
It counts on a variety of talents and gifts in the composition of its leadership to promote the Kingdom of God here on Earth. This is done through spiritual growth of its members with their lives purified by the blood of Christ and transformed by the power of the Holy Spirit.
